This beginner hatha yoga practice is an intelligently designed sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced for 90 min in a hot room. The room will be an excellent temperature, I promise nothing overbearing. The increased temp aids in warming the muscles and increasing flexibility of the body tissues, allowing for a deeper stretch and helping to prevent injury. Toxins are released through the breath and skin by sweating. The end result is an unparalleled feeling of mental and physical well being and relaxation.
This yoga is for all ages, shapes and sizes, fitness levels, abilities, especially beginners.
You WILL work 100% of your entire body from the inside out. The series of stretches and compressions exercise your muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons, organs, nerves and glands. You will shape your body and get back to where nature intended for you.
This yoga is challenging but worth every minute. If you are in pain physically or emotionally I promise you the best place for you is on the mat. I have seen students over the 14 years with back pain, arthritis, high blood pressure, thyroid unbalances....the list goes on whom have benefited and dare i say healed from this yoga practice.

Please come to class on time. Doors open 15 min before class starts.
Wear comfortable clothing, nothing to baggy. You will be sweating.
Come well hydrated and on any empty stomach. If you need a little food.. a banana or a little honey is a good idea.
Bring a large towel and water. If you have a mat bring it. If not i have some to use free of charge.
Bring an open mind. IT IS NORMAL NOT TO BE ABLE TO DO SOME OR ALL OF THE POSTURES AT FIRST. YOU MAY HAVE TO TAKE BREAKS. ( WE ALL DO) EVERYTHING WILL COME TOGETHER. IT JUST TAKES TIME, HARD WORK AND A SMILE.
After class hydrate, rest and come back as soon as you can!!!!!
THIS PRACTICE IS YOUR OWN. AFTER A WHILE THE TWENTY SIX AND TWO POSTURES BECOME SO MUCH MORE.
